You look at paintings in restaurants? Do you look at cheese plates in galleries? --Dinner Rush, which is a great movie. No fancy camera work or CGI, instead a simple story, good dialog and real characters. Highly recommend.

Wonder if viewing Warhol's 32 Campbell's Soup Cans would count. I think it included one of the Midwest's favorite: the ubiquitous Cheddar Cheese soup (label says, "Great as a sauce, too!"). Art and cheese all in one place for your streamlined art viewing/cheese fix pleasure.
Now inspired to spend an afternoon studying Magritte's, La Legende Doree (floating crusty baguettes with a view) while snacking on cheese called Vintage Van Goat--oops--I mean, Gogh. The wrapper says, "A mature, extremely versatile Dutch cheese with a tangy taste."--from the "Master Series" of cheeses. (Made in Wisconsin). (Oh boy! wonder if they have Picasso cubes).
Thanks for recommending Dinner Rush. Always like getting a movie tip and sounds like my kind of thing.
BTW: Just had to mention: Big YAY for Steve Earle (this time especially b/c Townes-related) and Levon Helm for bringin home the hardware at the Grammy's along with Buckwheat Zydeco and Michael Tilson Thomas w/the San Francisco Symphony! YAY!
